WARM SLOW FLOW

SATURDAY: 8:30AM-9:30 AM With Belinda/Ivy

This class is the perfect entry point for those seeking the restorative benefits of heated yoga without the intense heat. This class is designed to be warm, not hot, and follows a slow, meditative flow that is ideal for beginners and all levels seeking mindful practice. You will be guided through gentle, accessible movements, allowing your muscles to safely warm up and lengthen for increased mobility, deep stress reduction, and overall body awareness.
