WEDNESDAY: 6PM - 7PM

This 60 minute heated class is based off 26 postures and two breathing exercises. The postures systematically work every part of the body, to give all the internal organs, the muscles, and the ligaments everything they need to maintain optimum health and maximum function.

GENTLE VINYASA FLOW

TUESDAY: 6PM - 7PM

With Sami

Explore bodily alignment and deep breathing while developing strength, flexibility and balance in a supportive environment. Revitalize your body, relax your mind and reduce stress. All levels welcome.

LEVEL 2/3 VINYASA

SUNDAY: 5PM - 6PM

With Sami

Fast-moving and incredibly dynamic vinyasa flow class that focuses on tricky transitions, challenging asana and advanced poses such as arm balances and inversions. Prepare to get sweaty! This class is not suitable for beginners.

ENERGY FLOW
