If you are short on time, try our Spin Express class for the same great workout packed into only 30 minutes!

Our Silver Series features Silver&FIT, Renew Active, Silver Sneakers, and other programs covered by Medicare supplemental insurance polices for seniors – This Experience is designed for older adults looking for a moderate-level, well-balanced exercise routine. Participating in this class will help increase your heart health, muscular endurance and strength, flexibility, and balance. All exercises are performed in a standing position with the option of using a chair for light support. This class will help you take on daily tasks with more ease and keep up with your grandkids!

MUSCLE UP

MUSCLE UP will sculpt, tone and strengthen your entire body, fast! Focusing on low weight loads and high repetition movements, you’ll burn fat, gain strength and quickly produce lean body muscle conditioning.

Body Xplosion

High Intensity Dance moves combined with light weights gives you an incredible fat burning workout. Lose yourself in the music at this fun dance party for high calorie burn in class. Hard Bodies

HOT FLOW YOGA

Available at Studio 247, Huntsville location

*Available at an additional cost. These sessions focus on traditional Hatha and Ashtanga Vinyasas. Heat is built within the body and enhanced by our infrared heaters to allow for increased mobility and flexibility while healing joints and sore muscles.

Bungee Training

*Available at an additional cost. 24/7’s Defying Gravity Bungee Training program is a low impact, motion based, resistance training program that allows the user the needed buoyancy to perform exercises they might not be able to perform without assistance – no pain on joints! With the added benefit of increased blood and lymphatic flow which is the key to overall health.

Yoga for Athletes

Hatha based yoga that will focus on strengthening the core, improving hip and shoulder mobility, intentional breath work to foster greater awareness of body/mind, and relaxation techniques to help relieve stress.

Barré

Available at both locations

Barré classes use a combination of exercises inspired by ballet and other disciplines like yoga and Pilates. Barré focuses on isometric strength training engaging specific muscles until they reach fatigue, followed by stretching to create long, lean, and toned muscles combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements.

Yoga

In this class the basic, foundational yoga postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement.

POP Pilates®

POP Pilates® is where strength meets flexibility. Think highly-focused movements that leave your body toned and transformed. This isn’t your average workout. It’s a dance on the mat.

Total Body Fitness

SHiNE

Available at Harvest location

SHiNE is a dance fitness workout combining current hit music and choreography to help students feel confident and strong. This high-cardio exercise combines jazz, ballet, and hip hop moves with calisthenics in a HIIT format for a full-body workout.
