Our Primary Goal
Our primary goal is to provide safe and enjoyable area for member’s children to remain while the parents use the facility. We plan to provide this service during peak hours, making it more convenient for members to participate in group activities. To help us keep this service free of charge, please help us by following the rules and guidelines listed below.
Mon. – Fri: 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Mon – Thurs: 3:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Saturday: 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

24/7 Kids Zone Mission Statement
Our mission is to provide a safe, clean, and welcoming environment where children can play, grow, and feel supported—while parents focus on becoming their strongest selves. Rooted in community, positivity, and a growth mindset, Kids Zone is a place where energy is contagious, friendships are built, and every child feels they belong.
Safety
Children under 13 are not permitted in the gym area at any time.
Check-In & Stay Requirements
- Parent/guardian must sign children in and out.
- A contact number is required during your visit.
- The same parent must pick up the child.
- Parents must remain in the building at all times.
- Kids Zone visits are limited to 2 hours per child.
- Drop-off is not allowed within 15 minutes of closing.
- Children must be picked up by closing time.
Health & Hygiene
For the safety of all children, we cannot accept children who are experiencing:
- Fever (100° or higher)
- Cough, runny nose, or illness symptoms
- Rash, vomiting, or diarrhea
- Eye redness or discharge
If symptoms develop during a visit, parents will be asked to pick up their child.
Diapers & Restroom
- Children must arrive in a clean diaper.
- Kids Zone staff do not change diapers.
- Parents will be contacted if a child needs changing.
- If only one attendant is present, parents must assist with restroom needs.
- Parents are responsible for cleaning any accidents and providing a change of clothes if needed.
Shoes & Attire
- Children ages 2+ must wear shoes.
- Socks are acceptable for infants.
Behavior Expectations
We strive to create a positive, safe environment for all children:
- Two time-outs are allowed.
- After the second, the child must be picked up.
- Three removals within 30 days = 30-day suspension.
- Repeated removals may result in permanent loss of Kids Zone privileges.
Food & Personal Items
- No food or beverages allowed.
- Please feed your child prior to arrival.
- No small toys, objects, or personal items.
- No medications or toy weapons.
While Your Child Is With Us
Our team will do everything possible to help your child feel comfortable and have fun. If a child is inconsolable for 15 minutes, we will contact you.

- No small objects – money, small toys, small balls, etc.
- No weapons – not even toy weapons
