Pilates focuses on developing strength through the core of the body–the back, abdomen and hips. Using the body’s own resistance, a series of movements are performed to improve circulation, breathing, posture, body awareness, strength, flexibility, and coordination.
Yoga For Beginners- This class is designed as an introduction to the practice of yoga. Class is slower paced than an all-levels class and focused on developing clear and safe alignment in foundational poses. Come to learn, play, and maybe even break a sweat in a supportive environment. Family Yoga, A practice for adults with young children in a light-hearted, interactive environment.
