Yoga Session Descriptions:
Warm Yin: Athletes, Crossfitters, Runners, This yoga is for you. Come find the Yin to your Yang! Yin yoga is a passive practice focused on targeted areas. Yin improves mobility and flexibility by facilitating the slow and safe opening of connective tissues, like tendons, ligaments, and fascia with special emphasis on joint health. Yin poses are held in our warm studio for time but not intensity.
Hot Flow: These sessions focus on traditional Hatha and Ashtanga Vinyasas. Heat is built within the body and enhanced by our infrared heaters to allow for increased mobility and flexibility while healing joints and sore muscles.
Hot 26: This 60 minute heated class is based off 26 postures and two breathing exercises. The postures systematically work every part of the body, to give all the internal organs, the muscles, and the ligaments everything they need to maintain optimum health and maximum function.
We keep our Studio incredibly clean! No shoes are ever allowed inside the studio to maintain a clean and sanitary environment. Be prepared to leave shoes and all other belongings including your cell phone in our lockers provided.
