I always said 24/7 was the best. Looks like I have a whole lot of company. It would not be if it were just a building and bunch of equipment. Somehow, the best people got to be managers and they hired the best people.
Customer service is so important. People go to Walmart for prices but what keeps people going to places like Publix and Target is quality and friendly, helpful staff. Going to 24/7 is like getting the Platinum treatment and paying regular fees.
