Group Fitness Classes

BODYPUMP™, the original LES MILLS™ barbell class, will sculpt, tone and strengthen your entire body, fast! THE REP EFFECT™ a breakthrough in resistance workout training. Focusing on low weight loads and high repetition movements, you’ll burn fat, gain strength and quickly produce lean body muscle conditioning. It challenges all of your major muscle groups while you squat, press, lift and curl. Body Xplosion is a barbell class that will sculpt tone and strengthen your entire body, fast! Using a breakthrough in resistance workout training that focuses on low weight loads and high repetition movements, you’ll burn fat, gain strength and quickly produce lean body muscle conditioning. It challenges all of your major muscle groups while you squat, press, lift and curl.        Body Blast- Tone, Sculpt, and burn those muscles with a fat blasting workout to challenge your body with cardio, strength and flexibility.

       Silver&FIT and Silver Sneakers– Our SILVER classes are designed for older adults looking for a moderate-level, well-balanced exercise routine. Participating in this class will             help increase your heart health, muscular endurance and strength, flexibility, and balance. All exercises are performed in a standing position with the option of using a chair for light         support. This class will help you take on daily tasks with more ease and keep up with your grandkids!

Hard Bodies is a fun energetic group fitness experience choreographed to music. This full body workout includes cardio, weights, resistance training, plyometrics, stretch, and MORE!!! This interval workout will burn fat, tone muscle, and challenge your body. No workout is ever the same!

       Hard Bodies H.I.I.T.- High Intensity Interval Training- This workout combines high intensity cardio and strength training bursts with quick recovery times for the ultimate fat              burning workout!

Pilates focuses on developing strength through the core of the body–the back, abdomen and hips. Using the body’s own resistance, a series of movements are performed to improve circulation, breathing, posture, body awareness, strength, flexibility, and coordination.

Power Yoga is practice that blends sweat, balance, strength and flexibility in a class that thoroughly tones the body and disciplines the mind.  A series of yoga postures are done in sync with the breath, in an athletic flowing style from one movement into the next. The results include enhanced physical strength and endurance, improved flexibility and a calm and focused mind.

SPIN/Cycling –This low impact cardio workout is for all fitness levels. State of the art stationary bikes, motivating instructors and energizing music give you an outdoor ride experience in a class setting. Learn to achieve your target heart rate and improve cardiovascular fitness while toning your body. Climb hills, race, and sprint your way to a healthier you! Water and towels are a must!

SPIN/Cycle Express—Short on time? A beginner to indoor cycling? This class is for you! The same low impact, high energy, toning and cardio workout you love in only 30 minutes!

        30/30 —The best of both worlds! 30 minutes of high fat-burning low-impact cardio on a spin bike followed by 30 minutes of sculpting movements and strength training to burn                those Problem Areas…Abs, hips, Thighs, and Glutes!

Zumba®–The Original Dance-Fitness Party! Are you ready to party yourself into shape?        Zumba® Gold –Perfect For Active older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba®class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity. Dance Fitness- High energy, pumping music, great friends, and killer dance moves make this dance party so much fun. You will forget its a workout!

        WERQ®  is the fiercely fun dance fitness class based on pop, rock, and hip hop music….Get ready to WERQ!!!

        Dance & Tone- High Intensity Dance moves combined with light weights gives you an incredible fat burning workout. Loose yourself in the music at this fun dance party for high            calorie burn in class. Add in light weights and moves specifically designed to tone that feminine figure to give you that smaller waistline, toned abs, tightened tush, firm thighs and              arms and burn calories for hours after class!
