BODYPUMP™, the original LES MILLS™ barbell class, will sculpt, tone and strengthen your entire body, fast! THE REP EFFECT™ a breakthrough in resistance workout training. Focusing on low weight loads and high repetition movements, you’ll burn fat, gain strength and quickly produce lean body muscle conditioning. It challenges all of your major muscle groups while you squat, press, lift and curl. The cutting-edge choreography, and chart-topping music is refreshed every three months, so with your choice of weight and highly-trained instructors you can get the results you’ve been looking for!

Body Xplosion is a barbell class that will sculpt tone and strengthen your entire body, fast! Hard Bodies is a fun energetic group fitness experience choreographed to music. This full body workout includes cardio, weights, resistance training, plyometrics, stretch, and MORE!!! This interval workout will burn fat, tone muscle, and challenge your body. No workout is ever the same!

H.A.T. –Hips, Abs, & Thighs! This 30 minute workout is highly effective, low impact and targets those specific problem areas.

Pilates focuses on developing strength through the core of the body–the back, abdomen and hips. Using the body’s own resistance, a series of movements are performed to improve circulation, breathing, posture, body awareness, strength, flexibility, and coordination.

PiYo™–  This workout combines the very best Pilates- and yoga-inspired moves and cranked up the speed to give you full-throttle cardio, strength, and flexibility training—all at once. PiYo packs it ALL into each workout so you can build lean muscle mass—as you’re burning crazy calories. Now you can carve every inch of your body. You’ll use your body weight to perform a series of continuous, targeted moves, to burn fat as you redefine every single muscle. No weights. No jumps. Just hardcore results. 

Power Yoga is practice that blends sweat, balance, strength and flexibility in a class that thoroughly tones the body and disciplines the mind.  A series of yoga postures are done in sync with the breath, in an athletic flowing style from one movement into the next. The results include enhanced physical strength and endurance, improved flexibility and a calm and focused mind.

SPIN/Cycling –This low impact cardio workout is for all fitness levels. State of the art stationary bikes, motivating instructors and energizing music give you an outdoor ride experience in a class setting. Learn to achieve your target heart rate and improve cardiovascular fitness while toning your body. Climb hills, race, and sprint your way to a healthier you! Water and towels are a must!

SPIN/Cycle Express—Short on time? A beginner to indoor cycling? This class is for you! The same low impact, high energy, toning and cardio workout you love in only 30 minutes!

Triple Threat- Cardio, Strength Training, and Stretch. This Triple workout combines the magic THREE ingredients to change your body. Enjoy the immediately calorie burn with cardio then, tone and sculpt muscles to create the after burn affect. Finally, enjoy a good stretch to create flexibility and prevent injury.

Zumba®–The Original Dance-Fitness Party! Are you ready to party yourself into shape? Forget the workout, just lose yourself in the music and find yourself in shape at the original dance-fitness party. Zumba® classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before you know it, you’ll be getting fit and your energy levels will be soaring! Zumba® Toning –When it comes to body sculpting, Zumba® Toning raises the bar (or rather, the toning stick). Learn how to use lightweight, to enhance rhythm and tone all the target zones, including arms, abs and thighs. Zumba Toning is the perfect way to sculpt your body naturally while having a total blast.
