What are we passionate about at 24/7?

We are passionate about the idea of building a full, bountiful life – of making every hour as fantastic and as productive as it can be. And that really means a full life – not just work. How do we fully engage in every aspect of our lives – work, family, recreation, personal development, social interaction, community engagement, spirituality?

We believe that it’s possible to change the dynamics of our world for the better by changing how well we and our fellow humans engage in our own lives. When we help others enrich their life experiences, all of our lives become enriched. At 24/7, we realize we can’t change the world single-handedly or make every person’s life better in every way, but the tools we’re building will help many people enhance their lives in a variety of ways. And as their lives are enhanced, those people will inevitably help others. And the world will become better for all of us.

Opt for coarse or steel-cut oats over instant varieties — the coarse and steel-cut contain more fiber — and top your bowl off with a banana for another four grams of fiber.
