Due to limited availability in the studio, we strongly encourage members to pre-register for hot yoga sessions online. You have the ability to register online up to one hour prior to the session start time and may cancel up to two hours prior to start time. If the session you would like to attend is full, you may opt to be placed on the “Waiting List.” Should someone cancel, the session will be filled from the waiting list in the order the reservations were places.

Yoga Session Descriptions:
Core Power: These sessions combine Power Vinyasa and Bikram styles of yoga. This warm class aims to build strength while improving balance and flexibility.
Warm Yin: Athletes, Crossfitters, Runners, This yoga is for you. Come find the Yin to your Yang! Yin yoga is a passive practice focused on targeted areas. Yin improves mobility and flexibility by facilitating the slow and safe opening of connective tissues, like tendons, ligaments, and fascia with special emphasis on joint health. Yin poses are held in our warm studio for time but not intensity.
Hot Flow: These sessions focus on traditional Hatha and Ashtanga Vinyasas. Heat is built within the body and enhanced by our infrared heaters to allow for increased mobility and flexibility while healing joints and sore muscles.
We keep our Studio incredibly clean! No shoes are ever allowed inside the studio to maintain a clean and sanitary environment. Be prepared to leave shoes and all other belongings including your cell phone in our lockers provided.
How do I sign up for a Session?
Your first session with us is always free. You must register with our front office to ensure there is room and reserve your spot and session time. After you have purchased a package from Studio 247, you must visit our facility to gain fingerprint access. Once enrolled, you will be able to log on and register for sessions on your own.
Registering for Sessions online:
After you have set up your account, you may log on up until to 1 hour before a scheduled session time to register. If for any reason you are unable to attend a session, please log on and remove yourself from the session up to 2 hours prior to the session time. If you find a session has been marked “FULL” please choose our waiting list option. If a spot becomes available in the session you desire, you will be notified via email or text at least 2 hours prior to the start of the session time. We limit the number of participants available in each session to allow for a more personal experience and detailed training from our instructors.
How Do I prepare for my Hot Yoga Session?
Please arrive hydrated. We recommend you begin hydrating 24 hours prior to your session to have the most energy and get the most effective workout under our infrared heaters. Please bring a Yoga Mat, Water, and a Towel to your session. Mats, water and hot yoga towels may be purchased at our facility.
What if I am new to yoga or have an existing injury or health concern?
The good news is, YOGA is for everyone. You are never too old, injured, or out of shape for yoga. There are modifications for all fitness levels. Please arrive to your session early and discuss any concerns with our experienced instructors. They will be happy to give you options and guide you through a safe and effective workout. You will also find our infrared heaters very healing to muscles and joints.
If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, please remove yourself from the session 2 hours prior to start time. This is a courtesy to other members who may be on a waiting list and to the instructor planning the session. If you do not attend your scheduled session, you will be charged for the session.
We ask that you arrive at the studio 10 minutes prior to start time. This allows you plenty of time to prepared and set up your space and discuss any concerns with your instructor. Sessions will begin promptly at the scheduled start time. At that time the door will be locked and no one will be permitted to enter the room. We enforce this rule out of respect for our paying members. This allows our sessions to remain peaceful, uninterrupted and the heat to remain completely inside the room during the session.
Packages containing 5 sessions or less will expire in 45 days from the date of purchase.
Packages with more than 5 sessions will expire in 90 days from the date of purchase.
