It’s that time of year again – time for 24/7 to begin our much anticipated weight loss challenge

Member’s that have participated in the past challenges know that they are a fun experience.  Previous participants have received helpful tips and strategies for getting a great workout, they have received lots of motivation and support and they have made lots of really great friends.

The members in previous 24/7 Health Club contests were able to boast of truly amazing results, see some examples below:

  • Holiday Hotties – Average of 10.52 pounds of fat in one 8-week contest
  • “I Lost it at the Club” – Average of 15 pounds of fat in the next 8-week contest
  • Biggest Loser – Average of 18.9 pounds of fat in a 10-week contest

We are so excited you chose to participate and we can’t wait to see the results you have at the end.

    weight in 2010. 24/7 gym has fantastic staff who make it almost fun to sweat.
