We strive daily to improve your overall experience at our facility. We want you to enjoy your visit from the moment you enter the front door all the way to your group exercise classes and back out again – and for our team to provide an exceptional member experience and great customer service for you the the whole way through.
To encourage top performance from each department in our facility, we are instituting the Member’s Choice Awards. We would like for YOU, our member, to take the month of February and nominate the 24/7 team members that you think perform their jobs exceptionally well. We want nominations in all categories: Group Exercise, Kidz Zone Staff, office staff, and etc….
